AMCU is a classroom learning environment where thousands of hours of training are conducted annually. Based in Santa Ana, it is a central location for most of our properties and staff. It gives us the opportunity to provide hands-on, distraction-free learning to our team in areas from leasing and screening to maintenance and financial management. We have a range of multiweek internal certification courses, which are hosted at AMCU.
